• Previous supervisory or lead experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities for a fast-paced setting.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision for aseptic filling operators.
• Ensure adherence to cGMP, SOPs, batch records, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Manage performance, attendance, and conduct; provide coaching, feedback, and disciplinary action as needed.
• Review and approve electronic timekeeping records for direct reports.
• Conduct and document performance evaluations and support employee development.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to review manufacturing processes and batch records.
• Monitor operations to achieve Right First Time and reduce errors and deviations.
• Support investigation and resolution of manufacturing deviations with Quality.
• Review production and manufacturing schedules and escalate delivery-impacting issues.
• Ensure proper documentation, reconciliation, and consumption of components in ERP.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce waste.
