Novo Nordisk's Fill & Finish Expansions (FFEx) team in North Carolina seeks a qualified professional to support operations, equipment, and processes in aseptic production. You will collaborate with QA, production, and engineering to resolve deviations and implement improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/technology or related field required.
• Associate's degree plus 2 years manufacturing experience acceptable.
• High school diploma with 4 years manufacturing experience acceptable.
• GMP knowledge required; strong written communication skills.
• Exposure to regulatory audits is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with production and QA to investigate deviations and determine root causes.
• Drive continuous improvements using Lean tools and data analysis.
• Provide training on process changes to junior team members.
• Support data collection for periodic reviews and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
