Job summary

Novo Nordisk's Clayton, NC facility is seeking a production associate to support aseptic filling and formulation operations. The role involves washing, sterilizing, assembling components, and ensuring timely production in compliance with regulatory standards.

The position requires at least a high school diploma and up to six months of manufacturing experience; ASEP/SOP familiarity and attention to detail are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of six months manufacturing experience.
• Experience in FDA-regulated environments preferred.
• Aseptic processing experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand SOPs with attention to detail.
• Computer literacy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform aseptic activities including processing components, parts and assemblies, troubleshooting equipment, setup and teardown of equipment.
• Clean, prepare, wrap, assemble and sterilize production components and parts.
• Check and adjust mechanical assemblies critical to accurate aseptic filling of insulin.
• Inspect and process components for formulation of insulin within an aseptic environment.
• Operate, monitor and control equipment, systems and processes.
• Record and review production data in batch records and forms.
