Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Process Engineer in Lathrop, CA to lead aseptic process design, validation, and continuous improvement. You will develop PFDs and P&IDs for pilot and commercial lines, write technical documentation, and ensure GMP/FSMA compliance across manufacturing stages.

Qualifications

• Experience in food processing/manufacturing with aseptic design.
• Experience scaling from pilot to commercial production.
• Strong documentation and SOP writing abilities.
• Ability to develop PFDs and P&IDs and validate processes.
• Knowledge of GMP and FSMA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead process design, validation, and improvement initiatives in aseptic environments.
• Develop PFDs and P&IDs for pilot and commercial lines.
• Create and manage technical docs, plans, and schedules.
• Ensure GMP/FSMA compliance.
• Lead equipment qualification and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Define operating parameters and process ranges.
• Support scale-up from pilot to commercial production.
