Job summary

DSJ Global partners with a leading high-volume food and beverage manufacturer to hire an Aseptic Process Engineer. This role centers on true ownership of aseptic systems across liquid processing and packaging lines.

You will own aseptic processing systems (UHT, HTST, ESL), drive line performance, reliability, and product quality, and lead capital projects while ensuring SQF/FDA compliance in a large-scale facility.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience in food, dairy, or beverage manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with aseptic processing systems (UHT/HTST/ESL).
• Strong understanding of CIP/SIP, hygienic design, and food safety principles.
• Experience improving line efficiency, reliability, and process performance.
• Exposure to capital projects and equipment integration ($1MM+ preferred).
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize aseptic processing systems (UHT, HTST, ESL) across production lines.
• Troubleshoot and improve line performance, throughput, and product quality.
• Support design and implementation of new processes and equipment for aseptic products.
• Lead and contribute to capital projects (equipment upgrades, line expansions, automation).
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards (SQF/FDA).
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, QA, Maintenance, and Engineering.
• Analyze existing systems and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
