Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead the technical and process engineering function at our St. Louis, MO facility.

You will drive process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations, partnering with plant leadership to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and profitability. You’ll coach a technical team, implement data-driven improvements, and manage capital projects from concept to startup, shaping the long-term technical strategy of

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related engineering field.
5+ years manufacturing process engineering experience.
Experience leading engineering or technical teams.
Experience leading CI initiatives and capital equipment projects.

Responsibilities

Lead the site's Process Engineering, Technical, and Automation functions while developing a high-performing engineering team.
Champion CI initiatives to improve safety, quality, throughput, and efficiency.
Evaluate manufacturing processes to reduce waste and increase productivity using Lean/Six Sigma.
Drive process capability through PFMEA, validation, risk assessments, and statistics.
Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation (Control Plans, SOI, process control procedures).
