Job summary

American Regent, Inc. in Ohio seeks an entry-level Manufacturing Team Member to support aseptic compounding and sterile liquid production.

You will assist in all aspects of the compounding process under supervision, perform in-process QC sampling, and help maintain batch records in accordance with SOPs and cGMPs. The role emphasizes accurate weighing, filtration testing, equipment cleaning, and adherence to safety and quality standards in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment at the Hilliard

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; associate degree is a plus.
• 1-3 years related field work experience preferred.
• Experience with HMI-PLC/SCADA controlled isolation barriers and sterilization processes preferred.
• Ability to handle chemicals daily and perform batch calculations.
• Maintain Class 100 certification and cleanroom gowning requirements.

Responsibilities

• Utilize scales and equipment to weigh materials and add batches.
• Perform aseptic filtration setup and integrity testing.
• Operate blending and mixing equipment for batch formulation.
• Calculate batch dosing using potency and material data.
• Stock, stage, and return production materials as needed.
• Clean and store equipment and maintain work areas.
