Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, production, or regulated environment preferred.
• Prior visual inspection, sterile packaging, clinical trial packaging, or related manufacturing experience preferred.
• Good documentation and communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Visual inspection of vials, syringes, IV bags and cream containers to identify defects.
• Ensure packaging operations meet or exceed site safety, quality, and compliance metrics.
• Set up and operate packaging equipment (labelers, carton equipment, serialization stations) and document activities.
• Support equipment validation, qualification, training, and troubleshooting.
• Assist maintenance with preventive maintenance and calibration tasks.
• Perform in-process testing (SPC and AQL as needed).
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and CAPA actions for packaging.
