August Bioservices in Nashville, TN is seeking experienced manufacturing technicians to support our growing formulations and filling teams. As a CDMO, we offer fast-paced production environments and opportunities to contribute to life-saving therapies.

You will perform cleaning, material transfer, aseptic handling, equipment preparation, sterilization, and packaging tasks, while maintaining GMP documentation and GDP standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
• Understanding of GMP and GDP standards.
• Attention to detail; able to follow SOPs and complete documentation.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of production areas.
• Prepare and transfer materials and components for production using sanitization techniques.
• Utilize aseptic techniques in Grade B/C/D and CNC environments.
• Adhere to safety and environmental health standards, including PPE.
• Perform Inspection, labeling, and packaging of vials, IV bags, and syringes.
• Load, operate, and unload sterilization equipment (autoclaves, HEPA cabinets).
• Complete GMP documentation including batch records, protocols, deviations (GDP).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, QA, QC, engineering, validation and maintenance.
• Recognize and report deviations or equipment malfunctions.
