Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred.
• 1+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
• Mechanical aptitude to operate and troubleshoot equipment.
• GMP/GDP and GDP documentation familiarity.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with technical documentation.
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of production areas.
• Complete training for cleaning, sanitization, aseptic handling.
• Prepare and transfer materials for production with proper sanitization.
• Utilize aseptic techniques in Grade B/C/D and CNC environments.
• Adhere to safety and PPE standards.
• Inspect, label, and package vials, IV bags, syringes.
• Dispense and formulate raw materials for aqueous/non-aqueous products.
• Prepare equipment using autoclaves and HEPA cabinets.
• Operate and maintain equipment across production processes.
• Complete GMP documentation including batch records and deviations.
• Collaborate with production, QA, QC, engineering, validation, and maintenance.
• Identify deviations or equipment malfunctions and report them.
• Operate sterilization equipment and transfer carts.
• Maintain presence on the manufacturing floor to support teams.
• Assist with set up and operation of filling lines and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns.
