Job summary

Steuben Foods is seeking a Packaging Line Operator for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts in Elma, NY. Join a Western New York manufacturer focused on safe, high-quality aseptic products and ongoing growth.

You will operate and maintain downline equipment, follow startup/shutdown procedures, and keep accurate logs while ensuring a clean and sanitary work area. Ability to stand for 8 hours in a hot warehouse and perform duties as assigned are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain all down line equipment according to the OS book.
• Follow startup and shutdown procedures and keep accurate records (downtime log, turn procedures).
• Ensure down line equipment is stocked with necessary materials and maintain a clean, sanitary area.
• Safely handle chemicals with appropriate PPE and alert maintenance of malfunctions.
