Education / Prerequisite Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in one of the Engineering disciplines or equivalent related fields or life work experience equivalence and/or completing the Apprentice Program
• 1–3 years maintenance mechanic experience in a related field
• Liquid food packaging and processing experience or equivalent

Equipment / Training Knowledge

• Packaging machinery and packaging line machinery repairs, PM and troubleshooting
• Mentoring on Tetra Pak, SIG, JBT Bottle, Evergreen or Elopak distributing Equipment
• Mentoring on Robotic and Alvey Palletizer Equipment

Schedule

• Availability after‑hours
• Shift assigned or flexible schedule based on need
