Qualifications

• Basic understanding of CIP systems and processing equipment.

• Ability to enter data accurately and monitor equipment with a computer.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production machinery while following SOPs.
• Adhere to GMPs to ensure product safety and quality.
• Perform sanitation procedures to maintain hygiene standards.
• Take readings and monitor flow, temperature and leaks of chemicals.
• Complete log books and check sheets accurately and on time.
• Communicate issues to leads and maintenance for quick resolution.
