Steuben Foods in Elma, NY is seeking an Aseptic Processing Operator for the 2nd shift. You will operate and maintain production machinery, ensure GMP compliance, and perform sanitation tasks to keep environments sterile and safe. You may assist with CIP-related duties and monitor critical parameters during processing.

The role emphasizes adherence to SOPs, accurate data entry, and reliable attendance. High school education or equivalent is required, with prior food production experience a plus

Qualifications

• Knowledge of GMPs, sanitation and cleanliness requirements.
• Basic understanding of CIP systems and processing equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and reliability in a production setting.
• Ability to enter data accurately and monitor equipment with a computer.

Responsabilités

• Operate and maintain production machinery while following SOPs.
• Adhere to GMPs to ensure product safety and quality.
• Perform sanitation procedures to maintain hygiene standards.
• Take readings and monitor flow, temperature and leaks of chemicals.
• Complete log books and check sheets accurately and on time.
• Communicate issues to leads and maintenance for quick resolution.
