Job summary

Iovance Biotherapeutics is seeking an Aseptic Manufacturing Technician I to support autologous cell therapy manufacturing. The role involves suite preparation, material transfer, environmental monitoring, BSC runner duties and final product inspection for commercial and clinical use.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 0–1 year GMP manufacturing experience, with strong English literacy and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 0–1 year of experience in biopharmaceutical GMP manufacturing is a plus.
• Must read, write and understand English for Good Documentation Practices.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Familiarity with 21 CFR Part 11 and GxP are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of Iovance GMP cell therapy manufacturing processes.
• Complete training and maintain training documentation.
• Adhere to GMP, SOPs, GDP and quality standards.
• Perform materials stocking and transfer, kit prep, room readiness, and equipment cleaning.
• Support environmental monitoring and BSC runner duties.
• Assist with final product inspection and cryopreservation as needed.
• Work across shifts, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.
