Job summary

Iovance Biotherapeutics, Inc. is seeking an Aseptic Manufacturing Technician I on Day Shift A for their Philadelphia, PA site. The role supports autologous TIL manufacturing, requiring aseptic gowning and GMP knowledge.

You will perform suite prep, material transfers, environmental monitoring, and final product handling within ISO class 5 conditions. Responsibilities include training, documentation, and adherence to GMP/SOPs, with schedule rotation that may include weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 0–1 year of GMP manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Must be able to read, write and understand English for Good Documentation Practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Ability to perform arithmetic calculations including fractions, decimals and percentages.

Responsibilities

• Understand and execute Iovance GMP cell therapy manufacturing processes.
• Complete training sessions and maintain training documentation.
• Adhere to GMP, SOPs, GDP and quality standards.
• Perform preps: materials stocking, kit preparation, room readiness, equipment cleaning, and inventory transactions.
• Support suite operations, environmental monitoring, BSC runner duties, and final product inspections.
