Job summary

Iovance Biotherapeutics is seeking an Aseptic Manufacturing Technician II to support autologous cell therapy manufacturing. You will assist with suite prep, material transfers, environmental monitoring, and final product inspection in a GMP cleanroom.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and up to 1 year in GMP settings, with strong English reading/writing for GDP and documentation. This role requires flexibility with shifts, including overtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 0–1 year of experience in biopharmaceutical GMP manufacturing operations (aseptic technique, transfers, BSC operations).
• Must read/write English well for GDP and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Proficiently execute GMP cell therapy manufacturing processes.
• Complete training and maintain documentation.
• Adhere to GMP, SOPs and GDP.
• Preps, materials stocking and transfer, kit preparation and room readiness.
• Operate BSC, incubators and related equipment in cleanroom.
• Perform environmental monitoring and logbook review.
• Work on assigned shifts with possible overtime.
