Job summary

Iovance Biotherapeutics, Inc. is seeking an Aseptic Manufacturing Technician I for the Day Shift B on a contract-to-hire basis in Philadelphia, PA.

The role supports autologous cell therapy manufacturing processes, including suite prep, transfers, environmental monitoring, BSC runner duties, final product inspection, and cryopreservation in controlled rate freezers. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 0–1 year GMP manufacturing exposure, and strong GMP/GxP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 0–1 year GMP biopharmaceutical manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Must read, write and understand English for GDP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams.
• Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 and GxP best practices.

Responsibilities

• Understand and proficiently execute GMP cell therapy manufacturing processes.
• Complete training sessions and maintain training documentation.
• Adhere to GMP/SOPs and GDP requirements.
• Perform preps, materials transfer, room readiness and equipment cleaning.
• Operate BSC and perform cryopreservation for final products.
• Support environmental monitoring and documentation.
