Job summary

You will train entry-level personnel, uphold safety policies, and support management in day-to-day operations while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance across the production line.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associates preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in pharma/GMP/FDA environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of cGMPs and FDA regulations.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee equipment setup and operation in a biologics production environment.
• Ensure strict adherence to FDA regulations and documented procedures.
• Coach and train entry-level personnel; support shift leadership.
• Coordinate day-to-day production scheduling and department tasks.
• Maintain accurate documentation and safety compliance.
• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment (UF units, CIP/SIP, centrifuges).
• Assist management in scheduling and coordinating production activities.
• Perform higher-level tasks as needed and function in supervisory absence.
