Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience operating machinery and handling GMPs and product specifications.
• Experience with SPC (weight control).

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safe work practices, GMPs and sanitation; maintain product quality.
• Report conditions that affect safety or product quality to management immediately.
• Operate, clean, and assist in preventive maintenance; troubleshoot filler machines.
• Follow SOPs for production and sanitation; plan changeovers for fillers and date coding.
• Ensure line operates efficiently to minimize losses and meet KPI targets.
• Maintain communication with Pasteurizer Operators and Packaging; participate in safety trainings.
• Record downtime events, conduct quality checks, and use Redzone for documentation.
• Train new hires; maintain regular attendance; foster teamwork and a positive attitude.
