Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience operating machinery with GMPs and product specs.
• SPC (weight control) experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and communicate with others.
• Ability to read SOPs and use basic computer controls.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform simple calculations.
• Ability to read and understand instructions and memos.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety policies are followed and reinforce safety as a core value.
• Maintain GMPs and sanitation, ensuring product quality.
• Operate, clean, and perform preventive maintenance on fillers.
• Follow SOPs for Production/Sanitation and document in real time.
• Lead changeovers for fillers and date coding with supervisor awareness.
• Notify supervisor of mechanical problems and maintain communication.
• Maintain line S-Max and material shrinkage targets.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
