Job summary

Innovation Foods in Millville, NJ is seeking a Filler Operator to ensure accurate filling and packaging of products in a fast-paced production environment. The role requires basic equipment operation, adherence to GMP/HACCP/FDA/SQF, and routine quality checks.

The position offers a 12-hour shift (6:00 AM–6:00 PM) on a 2-2-3 schedule with competitive pay of $19.00 hourly. Applicants should have a High School diploma and 1–2 years in manufacturing or food production.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years manufacturing or food production experience.
• Experience operating filling equipment and CIP/SIP.
• Strong safety and GMP adherence.
• Basic documentation and log-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Operate filling equipment to fill, cap, seal, label, and package products.
• Maintain packaging supplies and materials.
• Support production flow by clearing jams and assisting machine operation.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, FDA, and SQF standards.
• Complete quality checks and document results.
• Assist with setup and monitoring printers and coding equipment.
• Report issues impacting production efficiency.
