Fagron Sterile Services US (FSS) is seeking an Aseptic Filling Supervisor to lead aseptic filling operations, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient manufacture of pharmaceutical products. You will supervise operators, manage daily activities, and uphold cGMP, SOPs, and batch records.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration to improve processes and achieve Right First Time (RFT) while maintaining quality and traceability.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leadership experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of cGMP requirements and pharmaceutical manufacturing practices.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-floor supervision for aseptic filling operators and manufacturing personnel.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, batch records, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Review timekeeping records and conduct performance evaluations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to review manufacturing processes and production requirements.
• Monitor operations to achieve Right First Time (RFT) and reduce errors and deviations.
• Investigate and resolve manufacturing errors and deviations with Quality and other departments.
• Maintain production schedules and ensure inventory traceability in ERP systems.
