Job summary

Resilience, a biomanufacturing technology company in Ohio, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform ongoing maintenance on process equipment across the PET area. You will support setup/changeovers, teach operators basic maintenance, and ensure cGMP compliance.

Responsibilities include 5S, safety, and documentation in the work-order system. The role requires experience in regulated environments, English fluency, and prior leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated production environment with equipment maintenance.
• Ability to read/write/communicate in English and follow instructions.
• Previous people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on process equipment.
• Provide setup/changeover support and operator training.
• Document work orders and maintain cGMP compliance.
