AbbVie is seeking a Manufacturing Technician I for the MD Fill (Aseptic Gown) on the B1 shift (6am–6:30pm, Thu/Fri/Sat and every other Wed). The role supports cGMP manufacturing in a biologics facility, including setup, calibration, rework, and quality testing of parts and final materials.

Responsibilities include shipping, inventory, sampling, operating glass washer and autoclave, and working in a clean room with aseptic gowning.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent, with 2+ years experience.
Associates degree in science with 1+ years relevant experience; Bachelor's degree with 0+ year relevant experience.

Responsabilités

Shipping finished materials.
Maintaining inventory levels.
Sampling of in process and raw materials.
Running glass washer / autoclave.
Cell culture (from vial thaw to production scale).
Tangential flow filtration
Wear an aseptic gown during an 8 hr shift.
Follow all clean room entry and exit procedures.
Wear the required aseptic gowning and PPE correctly at all times.
Perform hand hygiene and sanitization before entering the clean room.
Maintain aseptic technique to prevent contamination of materials and products.
Sanitize work surfaces, tools, and equipment on a frequent and consistent basis.
Dispose of waste and contaminated materials according to procedure.
