Job summary

Grifols is seeking an entry level Technician I in a GMP aseptic fill environment to assist with equipment setup, cleaning, and reassembly for production of plasma-derived medicines. You will perform real-time documentation and operate control systems, supporting process control and quality records.

Responsibilities include gowning to Class A/B standards, loading and inspecting vials, SIP/PBC operations, and maintaining a clean, compliant production area.

Qualifications

• Must possess a good math and mechanical aptitude in an aseptic environment.
• Production experience in high-volume manufacturing is desired.
• Able to work in an aseptic environment and maintain sterility.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate equipment in a biologics processing environment.
• Gowning to Class A/B standards for facility cleaning.
• Operate fill equipment, inspection stations, and load carts with vials or syringes.
• Perform SIP/PBC operations and filter integrity testing.
• Prepare chemical solutions and maintain safety procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping and document real-time production records.
• Operate transport equipment and monitor computer control systems.
