Job summary

Simtra BioPharma Solutions is looking for an Aseptic Equipment Lead (AEL) in Bloomington, Indiana, to oversee setup and optimization of aseptic manufacturing operations. You will be a key player in ensuring product quality and team efficiency, while working closely with Engineering and Maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and at least 3 years of manufacturing experience, particularly in an aseptic environment. The role involves troubleshooting equipment and training team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to learn enterprise systems like Veeva, D365, and Blue Mountain.
• Strong mechanical skills to troubleshoot equipment effectively.

Responsibilities

• Own the setup and optimization of aseptic filling lines.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and implement solutions.
• Evaluate line performance to ensure inspection readiness.
• Train team members on equipment setup and basic troubleshooting.
