Job summary

Simtra leads sterile manufacturing operations and is seeking an Aseptic Equipment Lead to oversee the setup, performance, and optimization of a key aseptic filling line during the shift. You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, and Operators to drive continuous improvement and production efficiency.

The role requires hands-on work in a fast-paced, Grade A-D cleanroom environment with direct interaction with complex automated equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and ability to learn enterprise systems such as Veeva, D365 and Blue Mountain.

Responsibilities

• Become the subject-matter expert for your assigned filling line - including syringe or vial equipment and supporting systems.
• Lead troubleshooting by identifying root causes and implementing long-term solutions.
• Monitor line performance to support OCRs and ensure inspection readiness.
• Analyze trends to reduce downtime, improve operator efficiency and boost yield.
• Standardize and train others on equipment setup and basic troubleshooting.
