Job summary

LeadCar Systems, Inc. is seeking an Automotive Service Technician (Honda) to diagnose and repair vehicles to factory standards. The role focuses on accurate diagnosis, quality repairs, and clear communication with customers.

You will work with service personnel and management to ensure customer satisfaction, perform repairs, and participate in ongoing manufacturer training to stay current with technology and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Technical or trade school degree required or minimum three years of automotive repair experience.
• Acquire and maintain manufacturer certifications by completing the necessary and required training.
• European diesel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with the Company and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnoses cause of malfunction and performs repair.
• Communicates with the parts department to obtain needed parts.
• Saves and tags parts of the job if under warranty or if requested by the customer.
• Examines assigned vehicle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended.
• Communicates with the Service Advisor immediately if additional work is needed, if work outlined is not needed, or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time.
• Documents all work performed and recommended on the repair order.
• Accurately record time spent on repairs utilizing company time clocking procedures.
