Tampa Honda, part of Lithia & Driveway, is seeking an experienced Master Service Technician to join our award-winning team at our Tampa dealership. We hire ASE Master or Honda/Acura Master Technicians who excel at diagnostics and delivering quality repairs for Honda and Acura vehicles.

Join us at a state-of-the-art facility with a high-volume service department. You will work with top professionals to support customer satisfaction and maintain safety and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• ASE Master Certification or Honda/Acura Master Certification.
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Honda and Acura vehicles.
• Ability to complete complex repairs accurately and efficiently.
• Familiarity with OEM diagnostic tools and repair procedures.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on Honda and Acura vehicles.
• Diagnose electrical, drivability, engine, transmission, and performance concerns.
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Utilize OEM diagnostic tools, service information, and repair procedures.
• Accurately document inspections, diagnoses, and repairs.
• Work closely with service advisors and fellow technicians to support customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
