Job summary

Avis Budget Group in Massachusetts is hiring an Automotive Mechanic (B Tech) to perform essential repairs on a fleet of moving vans and box trucks. You will service engines, brakes, suspension, and perform warranty-related work as needed, with opportunities to grow ASE credentials.

This on-site role requires a valid driver's license, at least two years of experience, and a complete toolset. Salary is $31.00/hour with a potential $3,000 retention bonus and benefits including PTO, health

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional auto repair experience.
• At least 1 ASE certification, with ability to obtain 2 additional ASE certifications within the first year.
• Must have a complete set of tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform essential mechanical repairs and maintenance on moving vans and box trucks across brands.
• Oil and fluid services, lubrication, tire repairs, brakes and suspension work.
• Assist senior technicians and may drive a Budget Truck for testing or verification.
