Job summary

SIXT is hiring a Fleet Technician to maintain our vehicle fleet across our rental lineup. The role involves oil changes, tire service, and inspections to keep cars ready for customers. Expect to work in a fast-paced environment with growth opportunities and a starting hourly rate of $23.50.

You will perform basic repairs, complete pre-delivery inspections, and hit daily output targets while adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean workshop.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years automotive technician experience or trade school graduate.
• Certified in ASE A4 Suspension & Steering and A5 Brakes, or willing to earn within the first year.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic mechanical repairs: oil changes, tire mounting/balancing, tire repair, brake and part replacements.
• Complete pre-delivery inspections on fleet vehicles as required by management.
• Meet daily output goals and maintain at least 100% efficiency.
• Wear PPE, including safety glasses, during all repairs in the shop.
• Conduct daily cleanup to maintain a clean work area.
