Job summary

SIXT is seeking a Fleet Technician to perform essential maintenance across our vehicle lineup. Expect tasks from oil changes to tire service and periodic inspections to ensure fleet readiness for customers. Qualifications

• At least 2 years as automotive technician or graduate from trade school.
• ASE A4 and A5 certifications; willing to earn if not yet held.
• Must be 18+, valid driverA license, clean driving record, work authorization in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic mechanical repairs including oil changes, tire mounting & balancing, tire repair, brake and part replacements.
• Complete pre-delivery inspections on fleet vehicles as required by management.
• Meet daily output goals and maintain at least 100% efficiency.
• Wear PPE and safety glasses during all shop tasks.
• Keep work area clean and organized on a daily basis.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

You perform basic mechanical repairs to include oil changes, mounting and balancing tires, Tire repair, brake and part replacements

You complete Pre delivery inspections on fleet vehicles as required by management

You achieve daily output goals and maintain the minimum efficiency of 100%

You use PPE every time repairs are performed always including usage of Safety Glasses while in the automotive shops

You Conduct daily clean-up of work area and maintains a clean work environment

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

Education & ExperienceYou have at least 2 years' experience as an automotive technician or have graduated from a trade school

CertificationsYou hold ASE Certifications in Suspension & Steering (A4) and Brakes (A5), or you’re ready to earn them within your first year of employment

Licenses & AuthorizationYou are at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and are authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship

Work Hours & TravelYou can work 40 hours per week, including day or evening shifts, and are open to travel (5-10%)
