Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking an ASE Technician to diagnose, repair, and replace automotive parts while adhering to safety, loss prevention, and customer service policies. You will work under the Service Manager to ensure high-quality service and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities include performing VIP inspections, managing work orders, and supporting the shop's tire and preventive maintenance programs. A minimum of three years as a certified technician and ASE credentials are required.

Qualifications

• Two-year college or technical school recommended.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Certified Technician.
• Current, valid driver's license.
• ASE certification in 4+ specialties.
• State Vehicle Inspection License if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and repair of automotive systems.
• Maintain VIP Tire Program and other service tasks as directed.
• Ensure Service Work Orders and inspections are completed and documented.
• Maintain shop safety and housekeeping standards.
• Assist with apprentice mentorship program and training.
