Job summary

Big O Tires is seeking an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles in a Kansas service shop. You will perform brake, front end, and alignment work, diagnose customer vehicles, and ensure quality control across all shop functions.

Join our team to extend our Extra Care Services, participate in safety reviews, and help hit service and productivity goals while communicating clearly with customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience as a lube/tire/service technician.
• Ability to learn new concepts and use technical materials.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to work holidays/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform brake, front end and alignment maintenance per policy.
• Diagnose and repair customer vehicles with quality control.
• Coach and train other employees as directed by management.
• Maintain workflow to ensure productivity and accurate invoicing.
• Provide accurate vehicle inspection information to the counter staff.
