Job summary

Big O Tires is seeking an Alignment Technician to perform brake, front-end, and alignment maintenance and related mechanical tasks. You will ensure efficient customer service flow, extend Extra Care Services, and diagnose and repair vehicles with rigorous quality control.

You will operate both automatic and manual transmissions, participate in weekly safety and policy reviews, and help manage documentation, core credits, and service quotas. A valid US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience as a lube/tire/service technician.
• Ability to learn new concepts and use technical materials.
• Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Ability to exchange accurate information with customers.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform brake, front end, and alignment maintenance and related mechanical work.
• Maintain orderly flow of customer service assignments to ensure productivity.
• Ensure Big O's Extra Care Services are extended to all customers.
• Diagnose and repair vehicles with quality control across shop functions.
• Operate vehicles safely and move them as needed within service areas.
• Attend store meetings to review safety, policies, and product changes.
• Assist in organizing documentation and processing adjustments and core credits.
• Work with management to achieve service and productivity quotas.
