Job summary

VIP is seeking an ASE Technician in Seabrook, NH to diagnose and repair automotive systems across A1–A8 as applicable. You will safely perform maintenance and repairs, follow service work orders, and maintain compliance with VIP policies and procedures while delivering quality workmanship.

The role requires ASE certification milestones, ongoing training, and adherence to safety and service standards. A standard Monday–Friday schedule with hourly compensation and a focus on customer experience is

Qualifications

One year of related experience in automotive service.
Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended.
ASE certification in position (G1, A4, A5) recommended.

Responsibilities

Prioritize safety as the top directive and follow all safety policies.
Provide diagnosis, repair, and maintenance for automotive systems per ASE scope.
Initiate a valid Service Work Order before service and display it with the vehicle.
Complete mandatory inspections and participate in the 5-for-5 customer engagement process.
Return unused parts to the Desk Team after service completion.
Maintain clean, safe work area and proper disposal of waste.
Meet productivity targets (minimum production thresholds).
Follow VIP quality policies and complete required training for the role.
Adhere to VIP processes, attend training sessions, and communicate with management.
