Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience as a lube/tire/service technician.
• Current Missouri MV Inspection License (for Missouri-based stores).
• Ability to learn new concepts and use technical materials.
• Ability to operate a computer and basic office tools.
• Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Ability to exchange accurate information with customers.
• Ability to work with hazardous materials.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to comply with PPE regulations.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles per policies; perform quality control of shop functions.
• Train and coach other employees as directed.
• Maintain orderly workflow to ensure productivity and timely service.
• Extend MFA Oil Extra Care Services to customers.
• Attend weekly store meetings to review safety, policies and product changes.
• Work with management to meet service-related quotas and goals.
• Ensure information for completed work is provided for invoicing.
• Utilize the outside purchase program for profitability.
• Complete required training and vehicle inspection program.
• Achieve service, sales and productivity targets.
• Assist with adjustments and core credits.
• Adhere to company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
