Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of related experience in automotive service field.
• Completion of a two-year college or technical school program is recommended.
• Current, valid driver’s license issued in state of residence.
• ASE Certification G1 – Maintenance and light repair recommended.
• ASE Certification A4 – Suspension & Steering recommended.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and provide repair and installation services for automotive systems.
• Follow safety policies, complete safety-related training, and maintain a clean workspace.
• Initiate and display a valid Service Work Order before service and manage parts flow.
• Adhere to VIP quality standards and participate in team training and meetings.
• Assist in educating customers about vehicle condition through the 5-for-5 process.
