Job summary

Dobbs Tire & Auto Centers in Olivette, MO, is seeking an ASE Certified Automotive Technician. Earn $20.00–$45.00 per hour with a guaranteed 40 hours weekly, plus a full benefits package and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• ASE certifications OR 5+ years of automotive technician experience in a professional shop.
• Missouri State Inspector License OR ability to obtain one.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills.
• Experience with tire installation, wheel balancing, steering, suspension, and automotive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, inspect, repair, and maintain vehicles for safe operation.
• Perform wheel alignments, tire services, brake repairs, and general maintenance.
• Conduct Missouri state inspections or obtain certification to do so.
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and engine issues.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and work with the team to keep the shop efficient.
