Job summary

DOBBS TIRE & AUTO CENTERS is seeking an Automotive Technician in Missouri to diagnose, repair and maintain vehicles. ASE certification or 5+ years of shop experience is preferred, with a Missouri Inspector license or the ability to obtain one. A valid driver’s license is required.

You will work in a high-performance shop with 40 guaranteed hours per week, earning $20–$45 per hour depending on experience. A full benefits package and career growth are provided.

Qualifications

• ASE certification or 5+ years in a professional shop.
• Missouri State Inspector License or ability to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills.
• Experience with tire services, wheel balancing, steering and suspension, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, inspect, repair, and maintain vehicles.
• Perform tire services, wheel balancing, brakes, inspections, steering and suspension work.
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain accurate service documentation.
• Collaborate with team to keep the shop efficient and safe.
• Provide professional customer service when explaining repairs.
