Dobbs Tire & Auto Center in Missouri is hiring an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles. ASE certification encouraged; 40 hours weekly with a flag-rate pay structure between $20 and $45 per hour.

Qualifications

• ASE certifications or 5+ years of automotive technician experience in a professional shop.
• Missouri State Inspector License or ability to obtain one.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills.
• Experience with tire installation, wheel balancing, steering, suspension, and automotive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, inspect, repair, and maintain vehicles for safe operation.
• Perform wheel alignments, tire services, brakes, and inspections.
• Missouri state inspections or obtain certification to do so.
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Document service work accurately and communicate with customers.
