We’re looking for a compassionate and driven Client Outreach Specialist to serve as a key connection between families, schools, and our clinical team across Brooklyn and the NYC area. What You’ll Do

• Connect with families, schools, and community partners across Brooklyn and NYC
• Educate caregivers on the importance of early ASD evaluation and diagnosis
• Coordinate and schedule assessments with clinical teams
• Manage leads, follow-ups, and communication through CRM systems
• Serve as a consistent, supportive point of contact for families throughout the process
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
