Dormont Manufacturing Co is looking for a passionate Outreach & Growth Representative in Roanoke, Virginia. This individual will focus on community outreach to connect families with essential services related to children’s needs. Key responsibilities include managing referrals and building relationships with various stakeholders.

We here at Learning Ladders ABA Corp are on the hunt for a driven and community-connected Outreach & Growth Representative to expand our reach and connect more families with the services they need. If you love building relationships, hitting targets, and knowing your work directly helps children — this role will energize you every single day.

Responsibilities

• Complete 12–15 drop-in per day, targeting 8–10 meaningful referral contacts per day
• Submit new clients to intake teams accurately and monitor the pipeline from lead to active service
• Interview and staff RBT/BCBA cases and serve as liaison between field staff and headquarters
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, pediatricians, and community organizations
• Report weekly on outreach activity, referral pipeline, and conversion metrics

Skills

• Experience in community outreach, business development, or client acquisition
• Experience managing a sales or referral pipeline with documented results
• Ability to independently manage a field-based schedule with high accountability
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of ABA services and the autism/behavioral health community is a plus
