Job summary

OOS Management Corp. is seeking an ASD Client Specialist in New York City. In this role, you will serve as a connection between families, schools, and our clinical team, helping children access critical ASD evaluation services. This position provides a competitive salary of $75,000 plus commission.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with families, schools, and community partners throughout Brooklyn and NYC.
• Educate caregivers on the importance of early ASD evaluations and diagnosis.
• Coordinate and schedule assessments with clinical teams.
• Manage leads, follow‑ups, and communication through CRM systems.
• Serve as a supportive point of contact for families throughout the intake process.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
