Try Love Behavioral Center is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) to support clients aged 2 to 21 with autism spectrum disorder. You will implement Applied Behavior Analysis interventions under a supervising BCBA, completing required 40-hour RBT training if needed and contributing to individualized patient care plans.

You will work in a center-based setting, conducting both individual and group sessions, and maintain all necessary certifications while ensuring HIPAA compliance and safety for all

Responsabilidades

• Implement ABA principles to help learners reach individual goals.
• Center-based direct client care including individual and group sessions.
• Follow behavior reduction and skill acquisition protocols as designed by the BCBA.
• Maintain required certifications and stay compliant with HIPAA and safety policies.
• Support development across communication, social, academic, and daily living skills.
