Autism Behavioral Center in Worcester, MA is hiring an ABA Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with individuals with ASD in home or center settings, implementing behavior plans and collecting data daily.

We offer paid training, certification, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, and generous schedule options. Part-time and full-time roles available; after-school and Saturday sessions; driver’s license required.

Competenze

• Energetic individual with passion for ASD support.
• Organized, reliable, and able to follow behavior plans.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education or related field preferred.
• Part-time or full-time positions; after-school and Saturday sessions.

Mansioni

• Work 1:1 with 1–2 individuals with ASD in home and center; implement behavior plans and collect data daily.
• Provide 1:1 ABA supervision in home or center and monitor progress with supervisor guidance.
