Job summary

A dedicated therapy service provider in Massachusetts is seeking ABA Behavior Technicians for part-time and full-time positions. You will work 1:1 with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to implement behavior plans and collect data. Ideal candidates are passionate about supporting individuals with ASD and possess strong organizational skills. Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow behavior plans effectively.

Responsibilities

• Work with 1–2 individuals with ASD 1:1 in their home and at the center.
• Implement behavior plans as instructed by a supervisor.
• Collect daily data on behavior.
