What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and pursue new leads and clients through cold calling and referrals to achieve production goals
- Conduct phone meetings with potential clients to discuss products, make proposals, and demonstrate offerings
- Communicate product information and company policies to new and existing clients
- Negotiate terms and finalize sales agreements to secure deals
- Maintain thorough knowledge of company products and stay updated on industry trends
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Maintain an average of $300,000 in monthly production
- Ability to manage multiple and evolving priorities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- One (1) year of experience in commercial, small business, equipment financing, or related inside sales
- Demonstrated results in meeting production sales goals
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
- Developing negotiation and consultative sales skills
