Qualifications

• Experience as an ASC scheduler or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of insurance processes.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient surgeries and maintain the ASC schedule.
• Enter scheduling, insurance and registration information accurately into systems.
• Monitor surgical block time and optimize utilization.
• Ensure all requirements for procedures are obtained and confirmed.
• Attend required meetings and participate in committees as requested.
• Cross-train as backup and perform other duties as assigned.
