Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors with a professional, friendly, and supportive experience.
• Manage patient check-in and check-out, ensuring accurate registration information.
• Prepare surgical charts and ensure all necessary documentation is complete.
• Verify insurance coverage, coordinate referrals, and obtain pre-authorizations.
• Collect copays and patient balances; complete daily payment reconciliation.
• Review and reconcile charge sheets and surgical documentation for accurate billing.
